Yes. You can use our integrated chat function to contact sellers about a listed item if they have chat functions turned on. Any inappropriate language/behaviour will not be tolerated.

Yes. To sell on our website you must have an account so payments can be processed.

There is an option to block users and also to report them if you believe they are being inappropriate.

Once you have sent your items and the buyer has confirmed delivery the money will be sent to the account you have linked with your profile.

After 7 working days if there has been no correspondence from the buyer the money will be transferred to your account.
